Please provide concise details of your proposal, including any links to off-site information which could help people understand what your proposal is about. NOTE: Once we receive your proposal submission, we will assign it a proposal number and will then post the proposal on our website under Proposals, where people can discuss it. Proposal initiators are still responsible for bringing the proposal before the GA in writing. (NOTE: To assist note-takers at GA’s and to ensure your proposal’s status is actually recorded, it is recommended to bring up the proposal in its own window by clicking the title, so the entire proposal is in view, then print the page — don’t worry, the sidebars, header, and other website goodies won’t print. Bring the printout to the GA, note any discussion or amendments in the blank space at the bottom, and whether the proposal is passed, blocked, tabled, or whatever. Turn the page in to the note-taker before the end of the meeting so that proposal updates can be posted most expeditiously to the website.)
